Cancer and Cassava
Cancer and Cassava
Disclaimer: Cancer patients should not disregard established medical advice and rely solely on the alternative methods discussed here for curing cancer. It would be unwise to attempt to recover from cancer without using advanced treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and immunotherapy.
However, the power of our natural environment should not be overlooked for cancer prevention, and these natural forces can be utilized to prevent cancer and enhance recovery from scientific treatments.
A Professor Who Successfully Used the Cassava Root Treatment
It is reported that Professor Manuel Navarro of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, successfully cured about 500 acute cancer patients with the cassava root treatment a long time ago. The specific cassava root treatment method used by Professor Navarro is detailed below:
Find a clean, raw cassava root piece, about 4 inches long and 2-3 inches wide. Peel only the brown outer skin.
Cut it into small pieces. Put these pieces into a blender with 2 cups of purified, boiled, and cooled water. Blend well at high speed for about 2 minutes.
Pour the blended milky liquid into a tall glass and refrigerate for about two hours. You will notice the starch portion of the cassava root settling at the bottom of the glass.
Carefully separate the colorless, watery liquid portion at the top into another container. Drink half of this liquid before breakfast and the remaining half in the evening. (This solution has a slightly bitter taste.)
Prepare the solution the same way the next day. However, make sure to use a piece of cassava root that is half an inch longer than the piece you used the previous day.
Continue preparing and drinking the cassava solution, gradually increasing the length of the root piece by half an inch each day. At one point, after drinking the solution, you will feel a sensation of dizziness or lightheadedness. (Remember this: This is the limit—the maximum dose—your body can handle.)
From the following day, ensure you reduce the length of the cassava root piece you use by half an inch. (For example, if the piece that caused dizziness today was 8 inches long, the piece you use tomorrow to prepare the solution should be inches long.)
A crucial point to remember is not to exceed your dose. Perform this accurately.
To make the taste of this solution more palatable, you may add orange or lime juice. This will make it less repulsive for you.
Doctors have recommended that this treatment should be continued for about 3 months. It has also been discovered that to completely cure cancer, about 100 grams of cassava should be consumed continuously for 3 months at each meal.
Although Professor Navarro did not originally recommend this treatment for children, Mrs. Cynthia Jayasuriya later stated that practical experience showed it could be used for children as well. When using it for children, the starting length of the cassava root piece should be slightly reduced according to the child's age.
Another advantage of this treatment method is that since the starch in the cassava root is removed, it is also suitable for diabetic patients.
The Unique Anti-Cancer Ability of Cassava Root
It is said that the anti-cancer ability of cassava root is excellent because the Vitamin B17 found in plants like cassava and apricots only destroys cancer cells and does not harm normal, healthy cells.
Here are a few other natural foods with anti-cancer properties:
It has been found that 100 grams of cassava root contains about 500 mg of Vitamin B17, and 100 grams of sweet potato contains about 100 mg of Vitamin B17.
In addition, Vitamin B17 is also found in foods such as red parboiled rice, red cowpea, and sesame. Scientists have also emphasized that attention should be paid to the amazing abilities of soursop (graviola), papaya, aloe vera gel, pomegranate, and bitter gourd seeds in fighting cancer.
